Vegan Meringue Cookies

Since the garbanzo can is in stock decided to make few out of this...

First off, i targeted 'Vegan Meringue Cookies".

I learned I could make vegan marshmellow fluffy (Chocolate Covered Katie) out of garbanzo liquid so thought about... what if I made meringue out of marshmellow fluffy???

It took so long than I ever imagine...
To making it fluffy... do not own the beater myself (donated when moving...), it took almost 1.5 hours.. yes, I am too seriously here.

Once it is ready to bake, another two hours.

Result????

Just as i imagined!!! :)

All the work I have done is not wasteful at all!
