Pretzel from scratch!

Recipe from Anne & Jane Esselstyn's. 

Mine sprinkled with oats little. 
Others plain. 
Oh, I did with 2cups of whole wheat pastey flour only. No oat flour added. 
And let thr dough sitting almost a day to rise. 

A reason for plain is I will have various of dipping sauces :)
Like sweet or savory, even with tomato pasta sauce! 

*New idea:
I can knead the dough with mushed coconut date roll with my everyday sweet sauce. Then, it is date sweet pretzel!
